Terms of Service
These terms apply to the OSADA game served at osada.fun, its multiplayer rooms and its optional online saves (together, “the service”). By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
OSADA is a free, non-commercial, turn-based strategy game that runs in your browser. It is a community project based on the open-source OpenPanzer engine. There are no purchases, subscriptions or advertising.
2. Accounts
An account is optional and is used only for online saves. You sign in with Google or GitHub; you are responsible for the security of that sign-in account. One person may hold an account; you may delete it at any time from the game. How we handle account data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Online saves
Online saves are offered as a convenience, free of charge, with a limited amount of storage per account. We do our best to keep them safe, but we cannot guarantee that they will never be lost or damaged. Keep your own backups: the game lets you export saves to a file at any time. Online saves of an account unused for 12 months may be removed. We may change storage limits, or pause or end the online-save feature; if we end it, we will try to give notice so you can download your saves.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attack, overload, probe or try to break the security of the service, or interfere with other players' games;
- use automated tools to create accounts or rooms, or to upload data that is not a game save;
- use multiplayer room or player names to harass others or to post unlawful or offensive content;
- use the service in breach of applicable law.
We may close rooms, refuse uploads, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Content and intellectual property
The game, its artwork, music, scenarios and texts belong to their respective authors and are used with permission or under their licences. You may play and share links to the game. Your saved games are yours; you allow us to store and transfer them only to provide the service to you.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. The game may change, and features may be added or removed, at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the OSADA project is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or saved games, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
